Our Founder's Journey
Ryan's career trajectory took a pivotal turn during his tenure at a Fortune 500 company, where he witnessed firsthand the devastating impact that corporate downsizing has on talented professionals.
Having led the Global Career Development program for 60,000 associates over five years gave him the tools and the platform to take action. Ryan pioneered “Inside First,” a groundbreaking initiative that assisted laid-off workers in networking internally and securing new roles within the company before their last day.
Despite the program’s overwhelming success, the corporate structure refused to take the program globally. This led Ryan to the pursuit of a new goal: taking his passion and expertise in corporate networking and career coaching directly to professionals in need.
Over the next few years, while still working his day job, Ryan spent nights and weekends improving and perfecting what would become the foundation of the Job Hackers Network, a comprehensive platform offering personalized coaching and strategic guidance to professionals.
