Our Story
Ryan Stoltzfus spent over 20 years in Fortune 500 HR leadership. He led the global career development program for 60,000+ associates at ADP, and became a certified strengths-based coach through the Marcus Buckingham Company.
His Inside First program helped 85% of laid-off employees find new internal roles within 30 days. But when corporate leadership refused to scale it globally, Ryan made a decision: take this insider knowledge directly to the professionals who need it.
Job Hackers Network was founded in 2020 to give engineering and operations leaders in tech the strategic advantage that comes from understanding how corporate hiring really works.
