Strategy Call
Effective date: 05/01/26
This Coaching Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Name ("Client" or "You") and Job Hackers Network, LLC ("Company", "we", or "us"). By enrolling in the Program, You agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Program
The Company agrees to provide You with one (1) one-on-one strategy session ("Strategy Call") with a Company coach or consultant. The Strategy Call is a one-time, paid consultation.
The Company's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between those policies and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.
2. Nature of the Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. The Program provides education and information only. Nothing shared in the Program, including interactions with coaches, constitutes professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).
3. Fees & Payment
In consideration of the Strategy Call, You agree to pay a one-time fee of $500, due in full at the time of booking.
4. No Refunds
All sales are final. The Strategy Call fee is non-refundable, including in the event You fail to attend, cancel without sufficient notice, or are dissatisfied with the session.
5. Program Access & Term
You are responsible for scheduling Your Strategy Call through the booking link provided by the Company. The Strategy Call must be scheduled and completed within thirty (30) days of payment. If You do not complete Your session within this window, the Strategy Call is forfeited and You are not entitled to a refund.
Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' advance notice. Failure to provide notice, or failure to attend the scheduled session, will result in forfeiture of Your Strategy Call without refund.
6. Credit Toward Group Tier
If You enroll in the Group tier within seven (7) days following the date of Your completed Strategy Call, the $500 You paid for the Strategy Call will be credited toward Your first month of Group tier fees. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and expires automatically if not used within the 7-day window. The credit may not be combined with other promotional credits.
7. Intellectual Property
All Program content (including frameworks, templates, advice, and materials shared during the Strategy Call) is the exclusive property of the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Company's name, logos, and marks may not be used without prior written permission.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use any frameworks or materials shared during the Strategy Call for Your individual professional development only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Program content.
8. Confidentiality
The Company will not disclose Your personal information except as described in our Privacy Policy. The Strategy Call will not be recorded or shared by the Company without Your express written consent.
As a condition of participation, You agree to keep confidential the Company's proprietary methods, frameworks, and materials shared during the Strategy Call.
9. Use of Client Materials
The Company does not claim ownership of any materials or information You submit before, during, or after the Strategy Call ("Submissions"). You grant the Company a limited license to use Your Submissions solely to deliver the Strategy Call and to improve the Program.
The Company will not use Your Submissions in marketing materials without Your separate written consent. One-on-one session recordings, if made, will never be shared or published without Your express written consent.
10. Personal Responsibility
The Strategy Call provides educational guidance and frameworks, but makes no guarantees about specific outcomes. Your results depend on Your own effort, circumstances, and decisions. Prior client results are not a guarantee of similar outcomes. You accept full responsibility for Your own actions and results.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Strategy Call is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Your participation in the Strategy Call. If You are dissatisfied with the Strategy Call, Your sole remedy is to discontinue participation. Some jurisdictions do not permit exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in such cases, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted.
12. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary, before pursuing any legal action.
13. Effective Date
This Agreement is effective upon the date the Client books and pays for the Strategy Call.
